  • Disassembling engines as required
  • Cleaning engine components for inspection
  • Inspecting engine parts visually and detailed inspecting periodically
  • Boroscope inspections on engines
  • Balancing rotating components
  • Assembling main engines, modules, and sub-assemblies
  • Flow testing individual components and assemblies
  • Testing engines and components
  • Preparing engines for dispatch
  • Requesting action when necessary
  • Planning work to meet targets and customer requirements daily
  • Assisting in training others to maintain quality standards
  • Identifying opportunities for personal improvement and planning training and development with Supervisor discussion
  • Actively participating in Continuous Improvement programs and identifying opportunities for process and team efficiency improvements
  • Utilizing IT systems as needed
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal departments and attending meetings if requested
  • Adhering to Environmental Health and Safety Regulations, Business Ethics, and financial controls
  • Reporting unsafe conditions and practices, making safety suggestions
