Venue Manager Job Opportunity

The Australian-Venue-Co is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Manager to lead our team at the Scarborough Coast location. As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining a high level of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.

• Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and presentation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Venue Management experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and market analysis.

• Ability to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully.

• State-based qualifications RSA & Approved Managers License.
