Duties
Delivery of Strategic Cybersecurity Services
Mentoring Senior Consultants and developing their skills and expertise.
Business Development and Pipeline Management
Growth of the Team and Function through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
Skills and Experience
Prior consulting experience is required for success in this role, with a focus on cybersecurity, risk management, and leadership.
A Big 4 or larger consulting background is ideal, offering extensive expertise and resources.
Excellent customer-facing skills and knowledge are essential for building strong relationships and driving business results.
Significant Cyber GRC expertise is necessary for effective risk assessment and mitigation, as well as industry certifications demonstrating expertise and commitment.
Leadership in engagements from start to finish is crucial for delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
Business development skills and a track record of success are vital for driving growth and expanding the team's capabilities.
Effective written and verbal communication are key for conveying complex information and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
