About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our clients.



Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert assistance and guidance on all financial affairs and resources, including:



  • Operational management of portfolio activities/budgets;
  • Advanced accounting and management reporting using various financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Liaising with other Financial Services staff to provide an end-to-end professional service;
  • Contributes to the development of annual client plans that identify current key issues and needs for the client portfolio.


What We Offer


This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

  • A strong background in financial operations and accounting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
