Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver technically excellent engineering designs for our clients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Take on a lead engineer or design management role on projects, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results, driving a culture of safety and quality within the team.
  • Mentor and develop the technical skills of more junior resources, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and supporting the winning of these opportunities through bid preparation and submittals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
About You

We are looking for a Structural Engineering professional with a relevant tertiary qualification and significant experience at a Senior Engineer level. You will have a strong understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards, as well as demonstrated capability in the design of large structures incorporating RC/PT concrete, steel, and mass timber.

You will be proficient in structural analysis software such as RAM Concept, RAPT, Spacegass, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar. Chartered Engineering status is desirable, or you will be eligible to apply for CPEng/NER.
