Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team at Scentre Group. As a key member of our Brandspace Media business, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support our commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting, including actuals, forecasts, budgets, and financial modelling.
  • Prepare and deliver compliance matters, including half-year and year-end audit process, accounts pack, BAS, and Financial Highlights.
  • Support the Sales and Operations team with key decision-making.
  • Engage with operational business partners and cross-functional finance teams to gain alignment on commercial outcomes.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc finance projects, processes, and initiatives.
  • Challenge existing processes and make recommendations for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and business partnering skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and Excel modelling skills.
  • Demonstrate well-rounded knowledge of technical accounting matters.
  • Undergraduate degree, plus CA or CPA qualification or similar level of practical experience.
  • Knowledge of JDE, TM1, and advanced Excel preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Curious mindset.
