About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated individuals who can work full-time, on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade. As a Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for planning itineraries, booking travel, and converting enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone, and via email for our customers. You'll also work towards individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets where you'll sell the whole holiday, including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and book travel itineraries for customers
  • Convert customer enquiries into bookings
  • Sell the whole holiday package, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and more
  • Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for travel and desire to help customers create unforgettable experiences
  • Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • A savviness with computers, including proficiency in complex systems and software
  • Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
