Senior Event Program Director

We are seeking a seasoned event strategist with a passion for content creation and team leadership to shape and lead our national events program. The ideal candidate will oversee the design, content strategy, and execution of over 200 events annually, including premium signature events, national conferences, and state-based gatherings.
The successful applicant will manage a team of four content producers, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, policy releases, and member needs. Key responsibilities include leading a team of event content producers, designing and scheduling the national event program, collaborating with subject matter experts and committees, and driving program improvement through market research and stakeholder feedback.
About You:
- You have 5+ years of experience in event programming, content strategy, and team leadership.
- You have successfully delivered large-scale professional or corporate events.
- You are confident working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- You are adept at managing event calendars and budgets.
