About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at TwoScots Recruitment. As a senior payroll professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee accurate payroll processing for our healthcare team
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for workers' compensation payroll processing
  3. Prepare regular reports on payroll and claims data with insights for improvement
  4. Lead a small team, providing support, mentorship, and fostering a positive work culture

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in payroll and workers' compensation management
  2. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
  3. Experience in healthcare payroll highly advantageous
  4. Proven leadership ability, with experience in managing and developing a small team
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
