This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at TwoScots Recruitment. As a senior payroll professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee accurate payroll processing for our healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for workers' compensation payroll processing
- Prepare regular reports on payroll and claims data with insights for improvement
- Lead a small team, providing support, mentorship, and fostering a positive work culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in payroll and workers' compensation management
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
- Experience in healthcare payroll highly advantageous

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
