Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Project Coordinator to join our team in support of our Fleet Manager. This individual will be responsible for coordinating clear and attainable fleet sales project objectives, assisting with building the project requirements, and managing costs, time, and quality constraints. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles and possess strong planning and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fleet Manager in developing a detailed project management plan incorporating all project aspects and objectives.
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver required work packages and ensure project timeframes are met.
- Monitor project variables against the project management plan and the project performance baseline.
- Support the management of key stakeholder activities, including the sourcing of products and delivery of final project documentation.
- Assist with managing the project budget and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles.
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to maintain regular contact with customers and staff where required.
- Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to project-related issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Project Management software.
- Experience with the Truck Sales industry would be highly advantageous.
