  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product definition and development, oversee releases, and iterate based on user feedback.
  7. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product direction and enhancements.
  8. Mentor and coach internal teams on effective platform product management practices, helping the organisation mature in its product-centric journey.
