We are seeking a motivated and experienced paediatric speech pathologist to join our community health team. The successful applicant will work with children aged 0–6 years and their families, addressing developmental delays, neurological conditions, pre-diagnosis Autism Spectrum Disorders, feeding issues, and other health and developmental concerns.
The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team and liaising with internal and external service providers to facilitate collaborative service delivery and positive outcomes. Services are primarily provided onsite, including individual assessments, therapy, and group programs delivered with an occupational therapist and supported by a team assistant.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in speech pathology and eligibility for membership of speech pathology Australia.
- Excellent knowledge, skills, and experience in evidence-based assessment and therapeutic intervention for young children and their families.
- The ability to work collaboratively as an individual practitioner within a multidisciplinary team environment.
