Job Description:

Our team is seeking skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our Hawk Lead in Fighter and F-35 programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance on military and commercial aircrafts.

The ideal candidate will have either recently completed their Certificate IV in Aeroskills or have experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer working on Military or Commercial Aircrafts. A strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and Maintenance: Be responsible to the Team Leader to carry out scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance.
  • Technical Documentation: Ensure maintenance and technical documentation or data used during maintenance is authorised for use and is compliant.
  • Recording and Reporting: Correctly and promptly record details of work performed on the correct documents, and if required, to gain certification of the performance of such work in the required timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills: Holds a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or recognised training (Mandatory).
  • Australian Citizenship: Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Mandatory).
  • Defence Experience: Experience or a strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft.
