Aviation Technical Training Role

The role of an Aviation Technical Instructor is to deliver high-quality training in the field of aviation, ensuring that students receive the best possible education and are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their careers.

As an Aviation Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This includes developing curricula, creating instructional materials, and delivering training sessions in a variety of formats, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, government agencies, and industry partners to ensure that training programs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content that is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
  • Design and deliver training sessions that are interactive, engaging, and effective in meeting learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional guides, presentation slides, and handouts.
  3. Collaborate with instructors to deliver training sessions and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical expertise, teaching experience, and strong communication skills. Key qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to aviation or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a training or instructional role.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
