Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to manage order entry, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster successful relationships.
The successful candidate will provide complex information, respond to in-depth requests via telephone and email, and ensure that customer needs are met first time, every time.
This role involves maximizing opportunities, delivering order entry requirements, and handling a range of requests across service and product information for both internal and external customers.
Working collaboratively with the team, the Customer Experience Specialist will continually improve processes and practices to develop a service delivery advantage for our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate supply information, out-of-stocks, product updates, and substitutions, collaborating with Demand and Inventory teams.
- Maintain accurate Masterfile data for seamless communication across teams.
- Respond promptly to customer contacts via phone, email, and other channels, meeting productivity standards.
- Build strong customer relationships, offering product info, alternatives, and solutions.
- Support sales teams with customer inquiries and identify opportunities for process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will bring 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-focused position, with a proven ability to build and develop rapport with both internal and external customers.
You will have strong time management skills, excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative approach, a mindset for continuous improvement, and experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments are highly valued.
