Job Title: Experienced Nursing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in providing safe, efficient and effective evidenced-based nursing care to patients undergoing Cardiac, Vascular and Electrophysiology procedures.

This role involves coordinating and providing high-quality patient care, supervising and guiding nursing team members, and facilitating a culture of continuous quality improvement. You will work collaboratively with medical professionals to ensure beneficial outcomes for all patients.

  • Nursing Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide safe, efficient and effective evidenced-based nursing care.
  • Supervise, direct, guide and mentor nursing team members.
  • Facilitate a learning culture to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure beneficial outcomes for all patients.
  • Coordinate and drive clinical audits.
  • Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs.
  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
  • Prior nursing experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Surgical Cardiac environment.
  • Experience with angiography procedures.
  • Ability to establish professional relations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • An ability to communicate effectively to achieve results.
  • Commitment to enabling a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to meet on-call requirements within short notice.
