Nurse Care Professional

A part-time, permanent Enrolled Nurse is required to deliver high-quality care to residents in a residential aged care setting.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA, as well as at least 6 months' experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
Key responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing care for residents, mentoring care staff, and providing assistance with daily living activities.
- Clinical Expertise: Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, maintaining their health and wellbeing.
- Mentorship: Guide and support care staff to provide excellent service and promote a positive work environment.
- Assistance with Daily Living: Provide assistance with daily living activities to enhance independence among residents.
- Care Planning: Ensure the care needs of residents promote their quality of life.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff about health status and concerns.
- Diploma of Nursing: Current registration with AHPRA and a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Clinical Documentation: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in clinical documentation are required.
- Vaccinations: Evidence of current flu vaccination and three doses of a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine.
