The OpportunityWe are seeking an Apprentice Baker to join our team at our Lenah Valley store. As an Apprentice Baker, you will have the opportunity to become a Banjo's expert baker, producing great tasting breads, pastries, and sweets fresh every day.
- Work closely with other Bakers and the Production Manager to maintain Banjo's consistent, high-quality standards.
- Follow Banjo's established WHS practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Be prepared to work across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a love of working as part of a team. You will have experience producing quality baked goods and be reliable, organised, and a good communicator. You will also have experience in managing and supporting a team and be open to opportunities to grow your career.
