Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property & Commercial Manager to lead our Property team in Australia. The successful candidate will oversee our commercial property portfolio, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive property investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct management of our commercial property portfolio across Australia
  • Positioning and protecting property investments and leasing to ensure profitability
  • Strong stakeholder management with internal business leaders and external partners
  • Manage close working relationships with commercial real estate partners and regional businesses in ANZ
  • Oversee large portfolio of branch relocations, site management, fit outs, refurbishments, branding, and design
  • Lead and improve a consultative network of suppliers to deliver property and facilities services
Requirements
  • Commercial property management expertise with experience in developing national property strategies
  • Commercial and project management skills
  • Financial analysis, reporting, and pricing negotiations
  • Working knowledge of building compliance and WH&S policies
  • Solutions-focused mindset with ability to negotiate and collaborate with key stakeholders
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills
