We're seeking a dedicated leader to spearhead our retail store, cultivating an extraordinary customer experience and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a high-performing team environment that shines as a cohesive unit of exceptional brand ambassadors.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to elevate the selling environment, exceeding shopper expectations and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a talented team, fostering accountability for store performance and achieving remarkable success through collaborative efforts.
  • In partnership with senior management and HR, identify and address performance issues and policy violations in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and talent growth and development initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively engage and connect with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical thinking and a track record of positive results.
  • Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
