This pivotal role is designed to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. A generalist with a strong foundation in HR practices is required to work proactively across a broad range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Embed our company culture by promoting brand values and fostering trust, leadership, and heart in every interaction.
- Manage employment documentation and compliance, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to legislative requirements.
- Oversee the employment lifecycle including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, professional development, and engagement strategies to support employees.
- Lead staff engagement initiatives by planning and executing quarterly meetings and sourcing relevant speakers or training sessions.
- Manage workplace health and safety processes, maintaining compliance through committee coordination and support for injured employees.
- Hold formal qualifications in Human Resources.
- Have at least 2-3 years' experience working in an HR Generalist role.
- Excel in verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Provide high standards of customer service to all stakeholders.
