Job Description
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring our patients feel valued and cared for.
  • Prepare patients for dental treatment by explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
  • Assist dentists during treatments, providing chairside support and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide instrument sterilization and maintain infection control standards, adhering to strict protocols.
  • Greet patients warmly, handling bookings, payments, and updating records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining smooth operations and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, recommending services and offering personalized care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with dental software, and a willingness to learn.
