About the Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, enjoys learning, and is passionate about all things dentistry. You'll work alongside a diverse and friendly team, with a guaranteed 4 days per week schedule from Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5:00pm.

The Role
  • Maintain our outstanding customer culture by providing exceptional customer service to our patients.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Deliver high-quality chairside assistance to our dentists, supporting them in delivering top-notch patient care.
  • Provide instrument sterilization, adhering to infection control standards and procedures.
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression.
  • Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records efficiently.
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining a smooth-running practice.
  • Inform patients about dental services and offers, promoting our expertise and knowledge.
  • Handle payments securely, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Access sensitive information while upholding patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Foster high-end patient care by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
What You'll Bring
  • Preferably 6 months or more of experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist, but willing to train and support the right candidate.
  • A willingness to learn dental assisting and reception skills, with on-the-job training provided.
  • Motivation, self-starter attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and patient care.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring efficient task completion.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, providing a cheerful and light-hearted interaction.
