Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for a hands-on, self-motivated individual with experience in the glass industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for unloading containers, loading product for customer orders and various other warehousing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate an overhead gantry crane safely and efficiently.
  • Unload / Load shipping containers and trucks.
  • Loading glass packs onto frames for customer orders.
  • Conduct stocktaking of product.
  • Ensure a high safety standard is maintained by performing housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • Crane operator experience using remote gantry cranes.
  • Previous experience within the glass industry.
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow detailed work schedules.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Quality focused and driven with a high attention to detail.
  • Safety conscious, ensuring a safe work environment.
