Administrative Support Officer

Lifecare is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our dedicated team and contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This part-time role (24 hours per week) will support our Allied Health team in providing a professional and confidential service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone manner, time management skills, and be able to multitask effectively. They will also possess knowledge of Zedmed or other clinical/medical software, as well as intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities include answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing, and balancing daily banking. The successful candidate will also maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms, and kitchen, and complete other administrative tasks as required.
This position requires a high level of self-motivation, punctuality, and professionalism. We are looking for someone who is committed to working within a team environment and has excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
