Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting teams? We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Administrator to join a growing company focused on Electronic Security.

This company specialise in delivering cutting-edge electronic security solutions across the residential and commercial space. They are committed to providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service to help safeguard businesses and homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, service team/account managers ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient processes.
  • Help to be the face of the business ensuring enquiries get sent to the correct team and the start of a client's journey is a positive one
  • Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking performance, and managing key accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Handle customer communications, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the security or related sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
