Stockroom Operations Leader

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to manage the seamless operations of our stockroom.

This role is ideal for someone who's efficient, proactive and passionate about achieving excellence in retail leadership.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving commercial success by managing, motivating and leading your team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and exceptional customer experiences.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in managing and developing the team
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring excellent visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Coordinating inventory processing procedures and ensuring seamless stock-to-floor processes
  • Driving compliance with operational directives, processes, policies and standards

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A solid retail sales background with experience in supervisory or leadership positions
  • Proven track record of success in achieving business goals
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
