We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team, providing care and support to clients in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will help people stay safe and comfortable at home by:

  • Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Providing respite care (giving carers a break)
  • Helping clients stay active and connected in their community
  • Following care plans to meet each person's needs
  • Working as a part of a team to provide the best possible support

You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be a part of a supportive team environment.

Salary Package

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring nature and passion for helping others
  • Good communication skills, able to chat and listen to clients and team members
  • The ability to work independently, using technology in your role
  • Australian working rights
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Access to a reliable, insured car
  • A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
