Assistant Fresh Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Fresh Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fresh Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering a consistently good offer on our Fresh range to meet the shopping needs of our customers.
As a leader, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting the Fresh Team to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with the Fresh Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Fresh Service Manager in leading the Fresh Team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the Fresh range offer and drive sales growth.
- Coach and support the Fresh Team to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.
- Work closely with the Fresh Service Manager to identify and address customer complaints and feedback.
- Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements- Proven experience in a leadership or management role in a retail or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
