About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to gain hands-on experience and further develop their career in a hospital pharmacy environment. With training provided, we are open to aspiring community pharmacists looking to transition into the hospital pharmacy space.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care. You will be responsible for dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products, delivering medications to hospital wards, and ensuring patients and nursing staff receive the correct medication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Delivery of medications to hospital wards
  • Inventory control and management
  • Process sales transactions and assist with account queries
  • Ensure patients and nursing staff receive the correct medication
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Dispensary Technician Certificate or equivalent as recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Australia
  • Minimum availability of 1x weekday and 1x weekend shift every week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
