Production Line Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused individual to join our production team at our industry-leading factory in Stapylton.
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Factory Manager and be responsible for leading our Double Glazing line with high levels of motivation and passion for workplace safety.
A background in manufacturing is essential, with experience in Double Glazing Manufacturing being highly desirable but not mandatory. We are happy to provide full training and support to help you excel in this role.

- A willingness to contribute to and exceed production targets
- The ability to lead a team effectively, being punctual and reliable every day
- Adherence to daily and weekly tasks for housekeeping and maintenance
- A focus on safety and a willingness to continually improve safety standards
