AI Researcher Role

This role combines hands-on model development with collaborative research to advance foundational models and deliver practical, scalable impact.

  • You'll contribute to research projects that support the development of AI across various domains
  • Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, improve model behavior, and assess real-world performance
  • Translate theoretical research into robust, production-ready implementations
  • Help develop and refine AI architectures and training methodologies
  • Closely collaborate with engineering teams to scale models and integrate them into products

To be successful in this position, you should have demonstrated scientific and technical skills, with a balance between long-term thinking and practical delivery. You'll have opportunities to learn from and collaborate with experienced researchers, and be exposed to product impact at a global scale.
