A leading and fast-growing Automotive Dealership group is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a skilled and flexible workforce across various dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Workforce planning: Assist the management team in planning activities to maintain a skilled and flexible workforce.
- Recruitment and Selection: Assist in identifying talent needs, creating job advertisements, and undertaking other talent sourcing activities.
- Employee on-boarding: Coordinate and mobilize new hires, including conducting OHS and general induction activities.
- Performance management and review: Maintain all records and processes that support an effective system of performance management.
- Employee wellbeing and grievance handling: Provide ongoing support to employees, including assisting with grievance issues.
- Workers' compensation management: Maintain workers compensation systems, including liaison with authorities and providers.
- Management of compensation and employee records: Ensure employee contracts and remuneration entitlements are maintained.
- At least 5 years experience working in a human resource management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Minimum of a TAFE diploma in business or human resource management.
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
- Team player with ability to work under pressure and modify style to work effectively with a diverse pool of employees.
- Divers license essential.
