Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned electrical engineer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Manage internal teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex projects.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and strategic meetings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a design consultancy environment with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in LV power systems and lighting design, with proficiency in tools such as PowerCAD and AGI/Dialux.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for building client relationships and growing business pipelines.
