About Our Program

The Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem.

This program focuses on networking and development, expanding your professional network and building transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Alongside your job, you will gain valuable insights into the industry and develop a deeper understanding of the Web3 space.

Responsibilities

  • Automate data collection and aggregation processes to develop reporting dashboards.
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to look beyond the numbers, understanding risk events and loss exposure to generate insights that inform strategic adjustments.
  • Conduct case investigations to classify different risk event typologies and summarize patterns and characteristics of risk behaviors.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Python & SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
