Cloud Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Specialist to join our high-performing Technology team. This individual will be responsible for leading vulnerability management across our enterprise environment, maintaining security operations, and contributing to infrastructure hardening and logging improvements.

The successful candidate will have experience in security roles across analyst, engineer, or architecture disciplines, with strong AWS security experience and solid understanding of modern vulnerability management and cloud risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead vulnerability management across our enterprise environment (AWS Cloud, applications, on-prem)
  • Owning and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Producing security metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting audit and compliance efforts (SOC2, ISO)
  • Monitoring and triaging security alerts, coordinating response with our MSSP
  • Contributing to infrastructure hardening, logging, and detection improvements
Requirements:
  • Experience in security roles across analyst, engineer, or architecture disciplines
  • Strong AWS security experience, including networking, IAM, and monitoring tools
  • Solid understanding of modern vulnerability management and cloud risk
  • Experience with IAM/PAM tools and governance practices
  • Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Experience with SOC2 / ISO 27001 audits
  • Familiarity with tools like Expel, ELK stack, Kafka, MongoDB, Spark
