About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Supervisor to lead our team of tradespeople in delivering roads, footpaths, landscaping, and fencing packages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining high-quality work standards, and managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe workplace for all site personnel and minimize environmental impacts.
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard in accordance with project specifications.
  • Manage team resources and maintain close working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry, leading trades teams with a strong safety focus.
  • Ability to understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
  • Trades certificate and solid experience working on major infrastructure projects, preferably in the Water Industry.
  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards relating to the construction industry.
