Operations Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Shift Manager to join our team at Amazon's Delivery Station in Eastern Creek. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in leading our team of associates and ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Amazon associates to achieve exceptional performance and quality standards.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards and promote a Health and Safety culture on-site.
- Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools to optimize delivery processes.
- Working experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience as a manager, involving sizable teams, with a proven track record of motivating and building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to drive Dive Deep analysis on complex processes.
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Competent in managing high levels of ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Experience of planning, performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean or Kaizen techniques and methodologies.
