- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- Passion for the education and care of children aged 6 months - Kindergarten aged.
