Senior Renewable Energy Infrastructure Manager

As a Construction Project Director, you will lead the planning and delivery of large-scale renewable energy projects. This includes overseeing construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations.
You will also contribute to late-stage development and support Final Investment Decision (FID). Your role involves building and leading high-performing project teams and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Lead a diverse, multidisciplinary project team with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE): Champion HSSE and Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles, ensuring compliance with all HSSE legislation and internal standards.
- Project Management: Manage all phases of project delivery, ensuring successful commissioning and high-quality transition to Operations.
- Contract & Commercial Management: Manage contracts, negotiate claims, and ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining open communication on progress, risks, and milestones.
- 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven success delivering complex projects in remote environments, preferably in renewables.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and outcomes.
- Strong commercial and contract management acumen.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field; Project Management certification preferred.
