About Your Role
">This role supports optimal equipment uptime by delivering detailed maintenance skills as part of a best practice team providing customer service across production and maintenance departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all allocated maintenance, inspection, and repair tasks on site plant and equipment.
- Effectively complete plant and equipment maintenance and repair tasks set by managers and planners.
- Analyze maintenance work performed to determine negative trends and develop action plans to correct.
- Complete applicable documentation within given timescales.
- Lead RCA and reliability-based tasks on site as appropriate.
- Engage operations and maintenance staff to share knowledge and experience.
What You'll Need
- Trade qualifications with an Electrical License.
- Manufacturing or FMCG process knowledge and experience.
- Previous experience with high-speed processing and packaging equipment in an industrial production environment.
- Relevant experience in continuous process industrial electrical environments.
- Proven PLC programming and fault-finding skills.
- Extensive electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to read and produce electrical schematics.
- Solid knowledge of AS/NZ 3000, the Electrical Safety Act, and the Electrical Code of Practice.
