Requirements
  • Experience in a service related industry within a planning, logistics or customer service focus
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel

  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management and prioritisation of workload
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work independently, autonomously and with limited supervision
  • Confident, positive and enthusiastic approach to interaction
  • Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
  • A critical thinker, with the skill, resourcefulness and learning orientation to find effective solutions to problems
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service

  • 7.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday (flexible start time)
