About the Role

As a Property and Grounds Manager, you will oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and operations of two campuses. This entails managing a small team and contractors to ensure efficient and effective operation of facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Duties:
  • Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utilities across two campuses.
  • Manage a team and contractors to ensure efficient and effective operation of facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and implement safe working practices.
  • Support capital works projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • A relevant diploma or certification IV qualification with relevant work experience is required.
  • A current driver's license and either a light rigid license or willingness to acquire one is necessary.
  • A white card and certifications for working at heights, asbestos, and scissor lift operation are desirable.
  • A first aid certificate is also required.
