Subway Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway Newton. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe workplace, and contributing to our ongoing business success.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines and Food Standards practices.
- Till Operations and Stock Management: Manage the till, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service, provide training and support, and promote a positive work environment.
- Customer Service and Relations: Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a strong reputation for our brand.
- Store Maintenance and Hygiene: Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to Health & Safety standards and company policies.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Leadership experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
