Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subway Manager to join our management team. As a Subway Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service, manage store operations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the Subway brand.
