Internal Communications Professional

We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Professional to support the delivery of targeted internal communications activities. The primary objective of this position is to contribute to the company's wide communications initiatives.

  • Support the internal communications team in implementing the internal communication strategy across various channels.
  • Draft and edit high-quality written material within tight timeframes for different audiences and channels.
  • Develop effective relationships to interpret internal communications messages for diverse target audiences.
  • Contribute to coordinating the staff intranet and ensuring alignment with the internal communications strategy.
  • Work across the business to uncover company stories that can be celebrated and shared with employees.
  • Provide expert advice on the effective use of internal communication channels and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • E nsure internal communications align with the established tone-of-voice and brand principles.

This role is initially offered for 12 months with potential to extend, engaged via recruitment agency. You will work closely with our teams to deliver impactful internal communications that engage and inform employees.

About the Role

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Significant experience in a large corporate environment and complex stakeholders.
  • Strong written, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
  • A strong internal motivation to deliver results.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks.

Requirements

You must have a degree in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations (essential).
