We are seeking a seasoned electronics professional to spearhead the design and development of electrical systems for our cutting-edge robot.

About the Role

This high-profile position involves leading a multidisciplinary team to craft seamless, high-reliability systems that enable human-robot interaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Architect and deliver production-grade electronics from concept to manufacturing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensors, power systems, and embedded platforms
  • Own schematic and PCB layout, ensuring best-in-class practices around grounding, power integrity, and design for manufacturing
  • Conduct in-depth circuit analysis and debugging to refine performance and prepare for real-world challenges
  • Support transition to volume manufacturing, including QA, compliance, and supplier coordination
  • Develop embedded firmware to bring up systems and enable real-time responsiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in electronics engineering, with expertise in high-speed board design and robust power regulation/distribution
  • Proficiency with Altium (or equivalent) for schematic and PCB layout
  • Comprehensive hands-on experience in circuit analysis, debugging, and validation
  • Familiarity with embedded programming (C, Rust, or equivalent)
  • In-depth understanding of short-circuit protection, switching power supplies, and innovative power management methods

A background in designing compact boards, experience with Python, C++, or MATLAB, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers are highly desirable skills.
