About the Role

As a senior design leader, you'll contribute to the sustainable growth and success of our South Australian business by leveraging your industry expertise and capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Relevant qualifications and project experience suitable for large and complex projects
- Demonstrated experience in a similar senior leadership role or be ready to step up into a leadership position
- Successful management of multidisciplinary projects from various contract values and complexity
- Ambition and a desire to grow and develop their career with us

Responsibilities Include:

- Maintaining relationships with design partners relevant to the business unit
- Reviewing design and engineering management activities on bids and projects to ensure quality, cost, safety, and time performance are achieved
- Ensuring bid and project design management resource needs are met with appropriate staff
- Reviewing design management systems for best practice and recommending updates
- Preparing and maintaining design management budgets and work schedules, and liaising with project managers in resource placement on bids and projects
- Coordinating, selecting, and mentoring design and engineering management resources
- Reviewing selection and engagement of design consultants with bid and project resources and providing commercial support
