Job Description

We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join our team as a Medical Specialist. This role involves examining patients, compiling medical data, and administering diagnostic tests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Examining patients, gathering medical data, and interpreting test results.
  • Administering or ordering diagnostic tests such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests.
  • Compiling patient medical data, including health history and physical examination results.
  • Interpreting diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
  • Performing therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • A master's degree in physician assistant studies (graduate of an accredited physician assistant program).
  • Passing the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE).
  • Current licensure as a physician assistant in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice.
