Lead Automation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned automation professional to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge control systems engineering solutions across complex projects.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the technical quality and execution of automation delivery, ensuring seamless alignment with global engineering standards.
  • They will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated control, safety, and electrical systems, driving innovation and excellence throughout project teams and engineering delivery.
  • This key role involves providing expert guidance and knowledge-sharing, collaborating with Project Managers and Lead Engineers to drive project success.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in project execution, backed by deep technical expertise and a proven ability to assess complex engineering issues and provide sound guidance.
  • We are looking for an innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, possessing excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in automation or industrial control systems engineering.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Registered on or eligible for the National Engineering Register (NER).
  • At least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Deep technical expertise and a strong track record in project execution.
  • Confident in assessing complex engineering issues and providing sound guidance.
  • Innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
